I'll keep that for others to try to make a speed record car.

@delorean85 i've added your expansion mod to the page, so others can find it easy. Others will see something interesting too in that section.

I plan to do some. Those are going to be more like of config expansion, but some might include new parts as well. The only thing that comes to my mind, is making an expanded USDM section of the car.

The electric city petitron is lighter than the default config (1.3 petrol) by about 100 kg.

i think all configs should be a bit more light, the petitron is much smaller than the covet but weighs just ~100kg less

Well yes, but it isn't for some reason. Maybe BeamNG boy forgot to add nodes/add weight to already existing nodes, that's what I'm betting on.

I designed some '00s gauge displays with an RPM counter, 1st is the normal one with an added tacho on top, 2nd is a more creative approach and the 3rd is the definitive, being an improvement over the 2nd.
I might maybe make these one day, but I’d have to learn to make digital displays first :p

By this, I meant that I can’t yet make the custom odometer, but I can make the first one, actually planning it.

It's been nearly a week and i haven't even revealed most of the "utility roadster" thing for the update. And I'm nearing the finish line for the update to be released so it's going to be fine to reveal it just now.

Let me start with basics. it's simply called "Utiron", and it's a very cheap model in the whole platform (cheaper than low end Inde even), and the reasons are obvious, it's lacking a lot of stuff and it's unsafe. The model would be produced from 1992 to 1998. Even though it has 1996 - 2000 facelift looks on it, by lore it would be a small sneak peak of what Autron would make Petitron to look like for a 1996 facelift.

The model is made to provide some people to go on off-road on a budget and enjoy the views of the nature. It's kinda like driving an ATV but in a more traditional car way. And it's perfect timing as in 0.30, developers released VR mode, so you can sort-of try to experience that kind of a drive from it i just described. The car is mostly inspired by Citroen Mehari, a car i like the most, but also i like the imagination of it being an 80s styled car, so i decided to replicate that with this model.

If you ever wanted to make the fastest Autron, you clearly have to use this body, since if you literally remove everything (except the engine and suspension) it would weigh about 740 kg (or around 1635 lb).

With all of this yaba-daba-doo told, I currently don't know when I'll release the update, I know I'm near the end, but everything could change at any time and moment, so currently, I don't know anything about it. But once I'll actually finish it, I probably notify you all about it if possible, and then you will receive auto-message of it being up on repository.

    See you all soon.

Nice! It reminds me of the Citroen Méhari. Now all we need are saloon, estate, 5-door, and ute body styles!
