uhhhhhh... Are you serious? another one asking where to download? This means that its "Work In Progress", and so it's it's not available for download, for the love of god, please learn to read before posting these useless messages....
Beamng itself is WIP and its released, not because its WIP that its not released. Its just not public right now so yeah no fighting in here ! (W.I.P = Work In Progress) For exemple you released a beta mod that misses some features. Well if you work to fix them ur mod is still W.I.P.
Don't want to start a drama here but WIP mean Work In Progress, yes But there's also a thing called WIP Beta Released - it says for itself
The person under you is right, plus im just telling them to read and not post these questions that have been answered countless times, it would be just way easier and you wouldnt need to post anything asking about it.
Also there could be some sort of "WIP Beta Paid released" for paid early access mods, or something like "Paid Release" for the mods that always paid. that would be a good idea too.

Currently not, the authors are probably busy working on exams or working on the mod. You'll have to wait till they give any news. Edit : as i remember but not sure, i saw a screen on this forums somewhere showing that iamthelaw said that it'll MAYBE released between end summer and end winter but he's not sure. 2nd edit : forget it i lost it
