I'm not sure if it's that's good either, it needs twice the power to reach regular Scintilla speeds and still has very little mechanical grip (because it's still just a Scintilla with huge wings). Something tells me it's flipped (or otherwise bonked) normals, try merging verts by distance and recalculating to outside.
i tried, apparently something about UV itself (default messy), tho it's strange since the texture itself is seamless so shouldn't matter
Are there any mods similar to this for the ETK 800/K series? And have you considered making GT3 versions of other beam cars?
Sorry for bump Ok, so finally checked the Scintilla GT3 mod out on my new PC, and uh a few things I want to check out on: I remembered you did post a teaser revealing a slight widebody kit for the next update, how'd it turn out? In other words, umm... any... progress??? The Scintilla's Dark Owl configuration has enlarged vents for its hidden under-the-hood downforce-generating area: Do you think it is possible to implement them into the GT3 model? I mean, realistically, they would allow more air to flow through the vent, allowing for more downforce operation. The Honda NSX GT3 Evo and Evo22 have this feature: Another thing to note with the NSX is that it seems to solve the problem with the canards and the side grilles on the front bumper we originally had with our Scintilla. Notice how they placed the canards lower down on the bumper so that they don't cut into the grille like the Scintilla's canards do. Maybe we should copy them...? The regulations also say the canards "cannot extend beyond the front splitter when viewed from above". The Scintilla's canards do actually protrude slightly beyond the splitter when seen from above in the game. Perhaps we should fix this?

The hood vents are definitely a good idea, as for the canards they are too but the current ones seem fine to me. However the scintilla's bodykit is mostly complete, so we're focusing on other aspects such as interior and engine that needed work as well as the etk now, so i don't think we'll be changing the scintilla's bodykit any further for the next update
I'm getting this texture bug where the GT3 front bumper with additional lights does not render, the standard GT3 front bumper renders just fine. Are there any dependencies that I should know about? Other than that I love this mod.
It is my understanding that the bumper with additional lights has never worked - the same goes for the extra fuel tanks and some other parts if I remember correctly.
We're still working on the update, it's a bit late now to do a hotfix but hopefully it'll be released soon, the lights are revamped

If there's anything you need help with w/ regulations or anything I'd be happy to help! And if you're fine then I was also thinking... hmm, no updates in over a month... you guys have surely been cooking on the backburner, maybe you could treat yourself with the privilege of showing it off with a teaser??? BeamNG style????? Would serve as a great way to hype us up for le relez.
We're actually really close to "the finish" aka an update for the scintilla, the etk is not really there yet though. However the motivation kinda lacks lately, there is new stuff but there's not a lot to show visually
