Hello, since its in working stage, i would like to share with you my latest idea, the ETK 700, its currently just a 800 with new front end but itll be more. It is based on the BMW E90 sedan and E91 wagon, the front end is 99% from the BMW (the bumper will be slightly different and grille too), my next plans are to change the sides and rear parts of the car so its looks more original, also if it works out, i would like to use some C-Series parts, but that depends on the C-Series author. Here are some progress pics, enjoy. Update: 28th February 2024: Lore finished The ETK 700 series was introduced in 2005 and thus became the fourth representative of the middle class of this brand. The offer included two traditional bodies: a sedan and a station wagon. The silver sedan even became the star of a German action series Viper 12: Autobahn Polizei, which was excellent advertising. There were TTsport versions and versions from Rennspecht. The successor to the 700 series was the 800 series, which, however, was partly based on its predecessor. The last ETK 700 left the assembly line in 2013 to make way for its successor.
i want feedback on this decision: Make the rear 1:1 to the E90 and E91 just the front or make it a bit different, i want the community to have something they would like
imo I think you should make it a little different. It's always nice to see some author's flare on mods they make.
A pre-facelift ETK 800 sounds like a good idea. However, I'm sorry to say this, but I think you are not prioritising your other mods. I'm saying this because I've seen a lot of your mods not getting attention (like the lore-friendly Avensis or Favorit). The fact that you refused to follow my (and others') advise to only focus on one mod makes me question if you're focusing more on quantity than on quality.
even tho i planned to make it like a BMW E90 series, the liftback doesnt sound so bad, thanks for the tip, ill defo try to make that
currently none, the bumper is the same as on picture since i havent had much time due to school. Today ill try to make some progress on the rear end since the bumper on ETK cars is a nightmare, so tonight ill be making taillights and maybe some small door work
Some may think i abandoned this, and i did, but its bacc, he always come bacc. i did progress, i reduced the bumper chin (the mega chin), i fixed some UV issues on the bumper and around the headlights, i started work on the sedan and removed the quarterglass and reshaped the door and started work on the rear end with the taillights
