It's better than beta talk... But in responce to the quoted question, yes and no. It does not physically change anything but it can change how fast the fan goes on your GPU and what it's clocks are.
A better question is "Does google actually provide access to information?". MSI Afterburner, sapphire trixx and bios flashing can also allow you to change core and memory voltage on GPUs with decent voltage controllers. I've been lurking about waiting for the first test release ever since the original video and of course making due with RoR in the meantime. (nice performance optimizations in .4 +). Incredibly annoying little thread here. :|
It doesn't change the physical card. (Maybe the fan speed changing the fan, but whatever) unless I am missing something overclocking does not physically change the card, volt modding does though.
Over expensive, non upgradeable (Unless buying a bulky, cheap looking, and once again over expensive mac pro), they are built for seniors (simple GUI and commands), not made for gaming, incompatible with almost every new graphics card + CPU and just cause waaay to much drama to even use a different hard drive (Constantly saying "Format disk". That is why i hate mac, they are just terrible. And the same with Iphone, same deal. Only different device.
Wow, I was just going to buy a MacBook Pro. What recommendations do you suggest, on a computer? You see I'm looking for one to start making a new animated movie, and I need one that will do the job. And I also am not into building my own.
I wonder about getting a way to make BeamNG run on Linux. I know we're gonna struggle with Linux support but I'm not far from getting off of Windows and moving to a better Operating system. Mac is a no-no for me.
one thing wrong though intel procesors suck ass in gaming thats y i said i highly doubt that he can run all games at max. intel is more suited around office work and presentations.

pffft...are you serious!?!?! If you ABSOLUTELY need a gaming laptop, only go with MSI, Sager, Asus...NEVER razer or alienware
I have a small MSI netbook. And I know that that it wont work on it, but MSIs are aren't they? I spent $200 on a little ten inch.
Sager, MSI, and Asus are the best gaming laptops. The rest are all garbage. I wouldn't expect a 10inch netbook to be too powerful, but they are still are better than Alienware or Razer garbage.
Yeah sure all the above are great too but they guy said he was going to get a macbook pro and the Razer blade shares similar design cues. - - - Updated - - - Actually no, scrap what I said and unless you absolutely need a laptop build a PC, a PC will always have better performance and better value. If you don't want to build a pc you can customise one and get it at websites like http://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/ (if you live in the UK I'm not sure of the US equivalent)
You can say what you want, I know from experience Alienwares are garbage. Ideally you should stray away from any and all gaming laptops, but if you have to get one, Sager and MSI are the 2 best. You can get a similarly spec'd sager and alienware and the alienware will cost you $800 more, its just not worth it.
I'd agree with you there. My current Sager cost a good 600 less than an Alienware of the same specs would have cost me without the whole 'space ship' casing(which i hate). Pool cooling paste job, fan bearings might've been bad, etc. Tons of reasons that every computer is susceptible to. Also, what broke? None of my computers just 'broke'. Something in them stops working which you fix, not very difficult.
