1.2L I4 SOHC engine did very bad on inclines. I can barely move from stop and go while doing road trip to castello on Italy map. Those particular 1.2L configs is gonna be quite redundant to use for. Or you could fix those poor performance configs to be more practical by modify the gear ratios and final drive. Might be a way out to save them poor little engine
Would be the hardest thing to do, but if it was possible, maybe it could be another offroad version alongside the normal one or gambler config. maybe you can do this when get more experienced with modding?

Yees >=) i used beamn.fun skin making tutorial, to make a skin, (took way too long) setting up the files too forever too. but im importing it to the game now, maybe i'll make another skin mod after learning it a bit better and release one in a moth or two?

--- Post updated --- I'm not sure what exactly "underpower" you mean, it's fine for me, can start in front of an incline, and can go 120 @ 3k RPM. (Although I still buffed it by ~3PS) I'll go to Italy to replicate your scenario though.
