Yeah, you're right. Besides, no other car of the mid-20th-century decades (50s, 60s and 70s) has engine management. Which brings me to the Hopper: don't know what was the case with its source of inspiration back then, but it's a bit off for the Hopper to be a late-80s/early-90s car and still not have a rev limiter.
Oh! My!! God!!! I want this beast so much!!!! Just imagine what BeamNG Demo Derbies could look like with something like that!! --- Post updated --- Yeahh, with extra metal chocolate chunks!
Yeah, an extra large Toblerone stuck on the front of the T-Series, ramming vehicles outta the way!! P.S.: Watch your teeth, Toblerones are a painful experience!!
I do hope we get more accurate oem paint jobs, the two tone and pinstripes are so bland compared to what a lot of companies offered
This is something else, a complete overhaul with a full content enrichment! --- Post updated --- Yep, there's almost no way I can think of a 60s/70s car and truck and not imagine it with a bright colour and some kind of fancy and colourful vinyl graphics on it!
So, lately , we have been getting a movie vehicle for every remaster . So the T-series will get something inspired by either the Duel truck , Mad max one , or The one from Smokey and the bandit Or , the one from Convoy , or Hold up
Hmmm, good point that, although I only remember the Dark Owl with the Scintilla and that is a brand new car, not a remastering. The Gambler 500 vehicles could be coming from something like Mad Max but they're too colourful for it. Mad Max vehicles are dark and monochrome. The Banger vehicles, on the other hand, could be a bit better suited to Mad Max thanks to all their rust, but only if they are monochrome too.
Kinda off topic here but @CaptainCrutch thank you for not being the "joined yesterday idiot" I see all too often anyways carry on
There was a mod that added stuff like that. I hope we get the International Transtar II paint job from 'Gone in 60 Seconds 2'. I agree. A rare moment in recent forums history.
I think the devs should start trolling this thread and releasing teasers on other days of the week, I can see the 2 pages on this thread filled with "WHAT!?" if a teaser drops on a wednesday.
Then everyone would think the update is releasing since that usually only happens a few days before the update drops. --- Post updated --- That isn't a hard rule, but knowing the team they probably will sneak in some pop culture references to some degree. There's plenty of pop culture configs that would just be a skin and quirky vehicle selector description
It's a gif picture and you can find it on BeamNG's shop page on Steam. It's on the main description text above the system requirements, you press "show more" and you can see it along with some other pics as you scroll down through the description text.
