Re: General discussion chat Golf carts driven on roads are respected as actual cars. I would always give people room to pass, and pull over if a big line of cars was behind me. So golf carts shouldn't pose more of a risk to getting in other people's way than other cars. I'm still not exactly sure of your point there. Are you saying that people would put a higher priority over not hitting a golf cart because how unsafe they are, thus possible causing greater damage to other people/vehicles? Therefore golf carts pose a greater danger to other people on the road than normal cars? I can understand most of your arguments and they're logical, but that's a big load of bullshit if you ask me. It may be true, but it's quite a stretch imo - - - Updated - - - I'd buy a crown vic from an auction if my parents weren't so useless for transportation. I have no way to get to one. :|
Re: General discussion chat Cars endanger other road users too. That is my point. You seem to have an absolute reckless disregard when it comes to road safety. There is never any point when out on a road that the only person being endangered is you, to think otherwise is the thinking that gets people killed.
Re: General discussion chat I am. But I'd definitely go to a few auctions if I could drive to them myself. Just to see if I could get any unpassable deals on one. But dejavu, you gotta remember. Those patrol cars are beat to shit. Main way to tell if it was a patrol is rubber floors. Detective's cars usually have nicer amenities, and carpet. Those are the ones you want to look for. So just remember those patrol cars have a hundred thousand miles of being run hard and put away wet. Don't expect a perfect car.
Re: General discussion chat Turns out big macs aren't even that good. Too much Mayo, lettuce is in tiny pieces that fall apart, it may have 2 burgers in it but they are thinner and probably still constitute 1/4lb, not enough cheese. I'll stick to my quarter pounder with cheese meals. Still, shitty fast food, can't expect much more.

Re: General discussion chat Best that operate in UK, burger king. Best burger I've had, The Crown, St Neots. Damn fucking expensive though. Brownie points to Sunnyside, Northampton. £6 with a drink and chips, not bad for a pub an the burger was damn good to boot.

And I didn't say cars don't endanger other people, but how does a golf cart being on the road lead to cars swerving and running over pedestrians? I genuinely want to know where you're coming from here.

Re: General discussion chat There's a Italian restaurant up the road from my house, It's called GJ's They make the best pizza, Alp their chips are made on the spot from the potatoe they have growing in the front garden, Biggest most generous burgers I've ever had they use real ingredients, All the salads are from that garden I mentioned earlier, Lettuce, Tomato's etc The best bit, It's legit Italian, All the chiefs speak Italian to each other. Best place to eat IMO kinda sad they are competing with KFC

Re: General discussion chat I love chik-fil-a for all fast food. It dominates over everything else. Sadly my parents don't like them, and there aren't a whole lot of them, so I don't go often. Wendy's has pretty good food. Good burgers, but I like their chicken sandwiches better.
Re: General discussion chat Congrats 6677 Best fast food near me is either burger king or dominoes pizza. The veggie burgers at burger king are really awesome and margarita pizzas at dominoes are equally nice. Had a nice london pizza from a nearby takeaway (its a margarita pizza with chips on top). Also had some really nice potato wedges with garlic dip from some nearby one as well. The NE of the UK is fairly well served by takeaways.
Re: General discussion chat Which NE city are you in? I'm in the NE and the best fast food places are Domino's, Burger King and McDonalds. I've heard that just like Pepsi/Coke, we have McDonalds and Domino's much better than the US does, I'm interested in what it's like.
