Re: General discussion chat I use a TV as a PC display, but it does actually have a PC input mode in setup. I physically don't have space for a monitor and already had the TV, my PC is far from silent so no way am I adding a USB TV tuner to it. Current setup works just fine.
Re: General discussion chat I really don't like when TVs are used as monitors. It just isn't meant to be. Update on the new Acer 1080p IPS screen: It is still absolutely fabulous and far better than my old ones. Also I have a kitten on my lap to share the experience with.

I hit a few speed bumps on the way though. :| To make a long story short, shit happened and I had to dig the old grilles out of the trash and use those. It turned out ghetto as fuck. I even used gorilla tape on one of them. Sounds good though.
