I noticed when I have the parking sensors enabled that the FPS in-game drops down quite a bit, I would say I have a decent computer (4070ti, i7-13700k, 32GB DDR5 Ram Etc). So I am feeling like my PC is not the issue. Sorry if someone has already posted about this!

How to download this mod (BEAMNG FORUMS ARE DOWN!!!) You will see an option to download this mod as a zip. (underneath view ingame) This method is if you dont wanna trust shared files on google drive. This is what it will look like. You click this then put the mod in the folder as you would do with any other mod. How do i install zip mods??? This is for the new people stumbling upon this. You will see "Manage User Folder". Click on that and you should see the menu open. Click To open file explorer. File explorer will look like this: Double click on mods. It should be underneath gameplay. Then make sure you have gone to downloads and cut the zip folder. This will make it easier to move the file. Paste it into the repo folder. Then start the game up and enjoy the mod you have! P.S: Be careful downloading un verified mods.Your BEAM.NG May break at the most.
Goofy ahh hoodcam. It just flies off when crashing. Im not sure if it is only on the Turbocharged version or on others too, didnt try it out yet.
the repository is having technical issues right now, the timing is bad, sorry for the inconvenience! @Theo Atkinson this is a masterpiece of a mod, well done
