I think it should be a little less curved and a little thinner, then it would look better On a different note, I think an alternate rounded edge bull bar would be nice
Oh Sweet. I was about to hack up the cab-over snorkels to get something similar but that looks way nicer.
May I suggest an offset license plate for that bumper? Also other stuff -side window visors -cheap grey cloth and vinyl seats for the basic configs -two person passenger side bench for conventional day cabs plus full width bench seat for the real ultra cheap base model -Decorative windshield curtains -Horizontal slatted grille, teeth grille, gavril script grille -Full chrome demountable rims -more custom rims -custom lug nuts
The cabover looks so industrial, I love it with that color and paint combo But I feel that the regular cab’s headlights are a bit too big. Maybe it’s just me…?
Cabover is nice, but the oversized headlights on the conventional are just not it for me. I definitely agree they should be smaller like SSRG said, or maybe go with one headlight per side only at the current size and it’ll look like this Not sure about the model years either, since the current T-series production ends in 1986 I think the facelift should run from 1987 to like 2007ish for conventional models (no later than 2010 though as the US emissions standards changed in 2010 and many older truck models went out of production). 1987 to late 90s or maybe 2000/2001 for the cabover Another idea on a different note, if it’s within your skill level, something aerodynamic versions with set back axles (available with and without side skirts and for tall and slant hoods) bumper colors of black, chrome and body color That would run from 1987 to about 2000 or so for both cabover and conventional models It would also be nice to see aero roof fairings for day cabs and flat roof sleepers, and taller stacks to go with them
I could try to make the aerodynamic parts, I also have fixed the model production years for the facelift configurations. For the setback axle, I could give it a try but it will require some additional research. Thank you for the suggestions and ideas!
Damn, this is turning out great! I think you should leave the oversized headlights, but leave an option for smaller ones. I think some mini-visors, like the one on @Alex death's post above, (in both chrome and body-colored variants) would be nice Also, Please make this or this!!
