I wish that beam.NG had engines that turn over but don't start. Example: out of gas. That would be awesome.

 

Huh? That's a bizarre thing to say. You can literally set the fuel percentage to as low as you want and the car will crank but never start.

Lol you're welcome. You really should check out the tuning options menu in the vehicle config section. You can play with a lot of values of the car. You also can toggle certain settings to make the game more realistic. For max realism all of my engines, brakes, and tires do not start pre-heated, and I toggled off the clutch assistant for realistic driving. There's a lot you can do in Beam!

Well you set the fuel percentage to 0 so the car won't start. It will crank, just like real cars, you just have to hold down V or your ignition key. But it's not limited to certain cars or mods, that wouldn't make too much sense in BeamNG as they really want the game to be realistic.

 

It doesn't do that at all, if you run out of fuel, it disables the engine, like it was broken.
