Update Speculation thread

so after a month of the update being out and the new delivery and other parts for the Campaign are live, i fee like i have to get my take out there.
its quite fun like every one already said, i would suggest adding Taxi missions and proper trailer deliveries that are spawned ant the Industrial Warehouse, Shuffle Board logistics and Spearleaf island to make proper money Outside of missions

Speaking of missions it should be using your cars from the beginning and loaned vehicles as an option but they probably are on that already.

the part selection in the garage laptop should be the exact one from Freeroam , first i cant see what i trying to find because of the coloring (white lettering with the bright Beam Orange background) secondly i cant find anything because theres every part listed and with both of these problems its quite frustrating to use imo

now to the speculation stuff

we got with this update pneumatic brakes that actually leak when damaged so my speculation is that it could extend to hydraulic brakes aswell with the cherry that the brake fluid can boil weakening the braking power as well

That's great news, however considering Vulkan's situation now, it makes me think we will get to this point 3 years from now. However I really hope we get temporal upscaling, that would be a game-changer in my opinion.

They've been on holiday for a good portion of the time between when 0.31 dropped to now, I don't know how much progress they could have possibly done on a new car/remaster in such a short period. I wouldn't expect one for a while from now.

Yeah imagine waiting till February 21 for 0.28… that was painful

 

Damn, what the hell? 0.28 was a year ago?! Seems like it hasn’t been long since everyone was giddy for the new openable system to me.

0.28 was mediocre for teasers but 0.29 tho

When I played 0.27 for my video I felt like not much changed. Ther never was a time when I wanted to do something but I couldn’t. 0.26 same thing. But the difference between .024 and 0.27 is big! The graphics had at least evolved, yk

 

I think bloom was a large part of that evolution, as well as adding PBR to some places such as the roads in Italy and West Coast

I’ve been seeing a 20-50fps difference with Vulkan recently. Although it has a few bugs, it’s been getting massive improvements with each update.

 

For me i have almost double the performance with vulkan, but under heavy load it drops to 1 fps, which makes it unusable for me. I hope vulkan becomes more stable soom, cause the extra fps is nice, especially with many mods and max settings.
