Just some questions: - Will it include openables? - Will it include a working shifter? - Will it include a proper engine model?
Thanks for the reply. - Will it include openables? A. It does not currently, but when it is released, there will be objects that can be opened and closed. - Will it include a working shifter? A. Same as the previous answer. - Will it include a proper engine model? A. Yes, it does. We do not currently have the material attached, but it will be there when we release it.
this looks really promising, just wondering, will this have all the versions or is it like a port of one version?
Thanks for the reply. Hmmm, at least I don't think it is only one. (Can I take it that you are talking about pc file?) --- Post updated --- add interior color!
I hate to be that guy, but a barstow is probably one of the worst choices if you want to make a 2000GT the 2000GT uses a backbone chassis with double wishbone suspension front and rear, very similar in design to early Lotus vehicles such as the Elan meanwhile the Barstow uses a partial body on frame at the front end, and has a solid axle rear with leaf springs. The Barstow would be a perfect base if you wanted to make a 60s/70s GM product, such as a Camaro or Firebird, but not for a 2000GT Sadly, I don't believe there is anything like the 2000GT in terms of construction in the game currently, so the only option really is to make it from scratch yourself, which understandably is a lot of work. At the very least, even if you simplified things and took the unibody route, something like a Covet with double wishbone front and rear would be a better starting point imo
not ac ports. thank you --- Post updated --- Thanks for the reply. I have known for a while that the Toyota 2000GT uses double wishbones, but I chose barstow because the JBeam was similar. >A coveted one with double wishbones front and rear would be a better starting point. ↑ I will make a Covet version when I have time. Thanks for the advice!
Switching the base jbeam from Barstow to Covet will probably be much easier now, than when you're finished with the mod
I am making covet version. --- Post updated --- I'm planning to release it in two versions, a Barstow version and a Covet version.
sad Looking at the car though, I’m wondering if both the Barstow and the Covet are any good for the first jbeam. Also, try focusing on one version. It’ll be much faster
Backup found! --- Post updated --- Restoration is complete. --- Post updated --- Adjust material. Old: New: I would like to know which you prefer.
