Re: General discussion chat Apparently there was a school bus crash across town involving 2 busses that killed 2 kids and an adult. Damn. Second serious bus crash around here recently. There was one last year involving a coach and a semi that killed something like 8 people. Just over a year ago, actually. Oh god. I don't like seeing those words printed on black letters on the side of a demolished bus. Hory shet
Re: General discussion chat finally got assetto corsa working, my client apparently refused to update(found out when trying to download the steam client beta) deleted everything except steam.exe and steamapps, and boom, assetto corsa works perfectly fine

I would rather know I am getting what I want, instead of letting my parents buy "good" parts and then find out they don't work together. Honestly, the hype I already have for it, and having that hype build up for another 23 days, will be just as cool. I might as well update my sig anyways with it.

Re: General discussion chat just did about 0.8 hours of ets2 and live streamed it via steam's beta broadcasting system it actually works quite well (although i had to open the stream and mute it in the steam overlay browser, as the "open chat" button works, however the chat window doesn't actually show any chat messages) would be cool if they also kept all streams recorded to the servers, or allowed me to have it auto-upload to youtube (with chat on bottom or side or something)
Re: General discussion chat I've only witnessed one major accident, I was behind a school bus when a driver fell asleep and hit the bus head on at maybe 50-60mph, in a little hyundai. Hit so hard the front of the bus looked like it bounced 5 or 6 feet up. Driver and a few kids in the bus were injured, lady in the hyndai was fine somehow. It was a direct hit luckily, not offset. And a newer rear engined bus with low ground clearance/bumpers. Could have ended much worse.

Re: General discussion chat The only accident I've ever witness was the one I was involved in. Very minor fender-bender. Got rear ended by an asian guy in a Mazda 3. To this day there's an imprint of a mazda symbol on the back bumper of the Cx-9. I'm sure I've seen a few very very very minor accidents that I've forgotten about. One I do remember is some woman scraping the side of her new Grand Cherokee down a metal pole last summer. I knew she was gonna hit it. I should a recorded it. My district's busses is made up probably 70% of those rear engined flat nose busses. I like them. Not sure why but I do.
