Question: do I need to get additional beams inside the body (not inside in the interior, these i need of course, but like um, inside the body's wall structure, i don't know ho to explain), like those inside the pillars?

 

Yes, for reinforcement purposes so it doesn’t flop on the floor instantly

That is a Soviet cycle car (or quadricycle) for disabled people - SMZ S-3D, which was produced in USSR and Russia from 1970 to 1997. It is colloquially known in Russia as "Invalidka" (een-wah-LEED-kuh), literally "disabled-mobile". Its analogs are British Invacar and aforementioned VSP.

 

That would be WAY too detailed for a jbeam.
I suggest using something like the Covet’s jbeam as reference for the general how of the assembly.
