Re: General discussion chat Found out that NewEgg is having a December long Intel hardware sale. This could be my chance to be able to play beam at more than 36fps and I may actually be able to use the T-series with an i5.
Re: General discussion chat still not all that good, a proper cooler would keep it under 40c no problem it's not like a good cooler is all that expensive either, the hyper 212 evo (best price/cooling ability air cooler IMHO) is only $34.99 on newegg (usually only about $24.99, prices are up a little because of re-stocking from black friday and cyber monday) you have something very very wrong then, that cpu should EASILY handle at LEAST 2 t75's, what is your temperature when playing beamng with one t75? - - - Updated - - - the 4690K will do fine, caffinated has something wrong (i'm going to assume overheating/throttling or incorrect performance mode in windows)
Re: General discussion chat Yeah, it's not a very fun process to go through if you didn't really have to. I'm am back to the 8.1 now though. I just need to get my computer to the most recent update and then I can do what I wanted to in the beginning, migrate my OS to my SSD . In an ironic way, this did help me to reduce the amount of space occupied on my hard drive . Then I'll install my programs and games afterward.

Re: General discussion chat check your power options performance, make sure it's set to high performance (also if it gets 45-50 fps on pure grid, it makes it sound like it's a gpu problem not a cpu problem, however your gpu should also have no problem with the game)

Re: General discussion chat not particularly, but if you are using an r290 you definitely have a major issue somewhere. Sure you havent inadvertently set BeamNG to use integrated graphics?
