Honestly, it looks deformed. It doesn't look clean or anything so far (better start with a clean model rather than "cleaning" it later) There are many ways to start modelling. What I do is to model panel-per-panel. I start with the hood, when I'm done I detach it and start the fenders, and etc. So I progressively make the whole car. Other prefer to model the whole thing lowpoly and then refine it, adding details etc. What I see there is you making the whole thing in 1 piece with already too many loops. For example, from that picture I can clearly see something is wrong on the body lines. Feels like you are trying enough even after all the advice you already got from other people. It's important to keep a grid-like topology if you want a clean mesh. If you start doing something like this, you can start all over.
