Hi there everyone, I've recently gotten back into BeamNG and decided to try my hand at designing custom skins. I followed BNGF's "BeamNG Skin Making: A Comprehensive Tutorial" video. I went through all the steps twice to ensure I had followed the steps correctly before posting here. However in game my custom skin does appear in the list of paint liveries but upon loading the vehicle has an orange "NO" texture rather than the custom .DDS file. Checking the error logs, there are a lot of errors about "diffuse maps" but I'm unsure what to do to resolve this issue. I also tested the .DDS file on a pre-existing skin and was able to replace the texture and have it load correctly. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance! (Attached is a .RAR of the custom skin I tried to create in the mod/unpacked folder.)
Thank you! It is just using the UV map as the livery at the moment while I was testing it out to see if I could get it working. What was the error that needed correcting? Thanks again! Oh was it the name of the .jbeam file?
