Are the details of the 1980 facelift planned?

 

I have 2 questions:
1) Why not paid early access, like Serenity or B50?
2) Will this mod have a demo and what configs will be in it?

 

1) This mod is PAID itself so what's the meaning of a paid early access?
2) This mod isn't drivable now (at least from progress photos Nekkit has posted), so it's hard (or even impossible) to tell the configs
