Genuine question, how does someone lose Blender? I feel like if you're proficient in Blender you shouldn't have much issue clicking the windows start key and typing in Blender. Blender.exe if you're fancy. If you aren't running some obscure soviet era operating system you should have no problem finding Blender. You could also just download it on Steam, too. Also, what you're doing is suggesting people should reinstall it whenever they lose it, problem is, you will lose autosaved projects, you will lose your preferences, you will lose your keybinds, you will lose your personalized UI and layout (if set up) and you will lose the preferences you chose for rendering/exporting models.... so like this guide is not only useless and based entirely around an unbelievable and quite frankly ridiculous premise, but you're sure to lose a ton of extra stuff as a consequence. Realistically, a better guide would've been this: 1. Hit the windows key 2. Type in "Blender.exe" 3. Click Blender.exe Alternatively, if you really somehow did lose Blender, all you really have to do is: 1. Windows + R to bring up 'run' menu 2. Type in Blender.exe, hit enter 3. If you typed it correctly Blender will begin to boot. This guide is the equivalent of "oh you lost your BeamNG account password? Just make a new account."
This is a taskbar. You can pin applications on it so you'll always have them ready for when you wanna open them. Been a thing since Windows 95.

Anything is possible... when I was a kid using Windows 3.1 on my Dad's work laptop in the early 1990s I lost Minesweeper for about a month! I didn't know how to use the File Manager to search or find it, but eventually I realised I dragged and dropped the icon into a different folder by mistake, so I was able to go and get it back.
To be fair that was back in the 90's when computers were still a relatively new thing and not something in nearly every household.
