Can't find the same issue on the known issues page, therefore I'm posting it here

You might have already seen the same post by me on the 0.32 disccusion thread, just reposting my issue here so in case my previous post is inappropriate for the thread.

After progressing through career mode for some while, especially when the milestone updates itself, this has a chance to happen if one reloads its save from the main menu. This happens in safe mode too, and with this I will have to make a new fresh save just for it to occur again later whilist progressing through using the new save. Therefore I'm definitely unconvinced that mods played a part at this. Using the integrity check tool returns no abnormalities on my game file, and therefore I would categorise this as a game bug, something or rather.
