Major Bug

Whenever loading any level my whole entire computer freezes and I have to hold my shut down button on my case, and its gotten very annoying. Before, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didnt, but now it just doesnt, at least for Utah, ECUSA, and WCUSA.

 

Still need help on this!

 

Have you run the game in the safe mode? deep cache cleaning and all that?

 

Same thing in safe mode and I have cleaned the cache more times than I can count

 

What is your pc config? Does one of your pc components are over usage when running the game?
A freeze doesn't necessarily help without any info, unlike a crash which can give an error code or even a crash log.

 

RTX 2060, i7 10th gen, 128 gigs of ram

Have you tried reinstalling the game?

 

Mod levels except ones that use anything from the existing game work tho

 

Try reinstalling and checking your pcs cooling systems. (verify integrity too)

If none of the above works then it must be you clicking off of the tab. Try safe mode and see if that works also.

 

Can you run other games well?

It might just be a BeamNG issue then.

 

This is quite unusual. have you tried using the Vulkan renderer? Maybe try a new windows install? If you don't want to competely reinstall windows, you can use a Windows to go installation which is put on a flash drive and can be done from programs like WintoUSB and Rufus

 

I would re install the game and verify the file integrity

 

With 128 gigs of ram he sure as heck can.
