This is my first thread, I personally don't know what I'm doing (This should be obvious) I'm currently working/redoing my podracer mod. I'm trying to figure out how to edit/save the jbeams. I figured out how to open them in blender and edit(or just move the existing nodes), but once I hit "export jbeam" all heck breaks loose from there. It doesn't load, Blender adds a new folder called "jbeam_exports" and when i reload the file i was editing, it looks exactly how it did before i touched it. It's like blender isn't actually saving the file? Maybe (probably) I'm doing something wrong. any help would be appreciated. Below is the mod in question https://www.beamng.com/resources/anakin-skywalkers-podracer.30345/
Again. first thread, not sure what I'm doing, how would I fix that? make it in the automation categories?
I really don't think that this should be in the Automation category. It's a long shot from it and appears to be worked on to make it less of one to.
Here's a question I have for anyone here. I assume the answer is yes, but shot in the dark anyways... Does changing the jbeams as much as I am, change the aerodynamics? The first image is my current progress, while the second is before I even started working on the jbeams. It was when the model was just an invisible SUV
Should be in podracers category --- Post updated --- I think there’s some adjustable aero value for all triangles, maybe check those?
