See kids, that's there, that's why u don't take the internet too seriously, or you'll end up being a jerk...
I should really not be worried about arguments as much as I am since there isn’t much on-topic to discuss anyway…
People love hating on humble, they don’t even know what it does. It comes WITH the steam version, + you get a DRM free version. It is literally like buying it from steam, and you get another version of the game. It also has better margins for the devs, so they get paid more, and it is now cheaper. Don’t try to argue with me. There is no scenario where Steam version is superior
A little off topic, but it's a pleasure to see someone big and is in a technical learning phase about driving, paying attention to BeamNG
Probably because the forum has turned absolute brainrot, like you need to go thru ten pages of how was your day conversations in this thread to even find something the devs could be interested in
Yeah, but the reason that the conversation is this way is because they have really closed off the doors of what is going on in development. I get that when devs share things it can blow up in their faces if it doesn't materialize, but when we know absolutely nothing there's also not much of value for us to discuss here.
Well, with the rumors swirling around a Phase III to the T-series Rework/update, I'm wondering if we're going to see a roll-off configuration: ...We've seen static dumpster props crop up time and time again on maps, and shuttling empty/full dumpsters around is exactly the sort of thing that strikes me as fitting within the current iteration of Career Mode.
Me, I'm wondering too if we'll get a log crane to load and unload the logs on the trailers, with of course the hydraulics simulation system to use them. And a trailer connected with an upfit (I don't remind corrrectly the name in english so I'm gonna describe), like in MudRunner, permitting to haul the longest loads equivalents in the game.
A roll off with different sized dumpsters would certainly be fun. It would offer a different flavor of deliveries when you have to actually pick up and drop off cargo that way. One of the trucks in my fleet IRL is a Kenworth roll off with a flat top and a knuckle boom. It's really great having a truck that can self load, drop its bed on the ground, pick up dumpsters, etc...
Anyone catch wind of winches? I have high hopes they’ll be added if cranes are introduced. Especially if you can use a tree to pull yourself out of areas you become swamped in. Took a look through numerous vehicle files a few months ago and the Wydra was the only one I recall seeing a winch model on (which Zoll originally pointed out).
It doesn't help if you don't have a wheel. I set the clutch to the default LB, and to Up on the joystick. It allows me some more control, but it's not great. --- Post updated --- Also whats with that XBOX default selection pfp @D A R K? Are You too lazy to get a better pfp, so you can barge in and insult people as soon as humanly possible?
