Any plans for '88 wheels?

 

oooh, a 80s sports car

 

I have the model of the wheel but I don't have the models of the tail lights of the standard Firebird, there is only the Trans-Am and the GTA version which use higher level rims at this time.

 

When it comes around, will the base level models have dog dish hubcaps like these?

 

The problem now is that Firebirds with different engines use different tail lights, I only have the tail lights models of the 1982 to 1984 Trans-Am and the 1985 to 1989 Trans-Am with were all V8 engines, it seems that I can only make the V8 versions and the turbo Trans-Am unless I can find models of the other tail lights, which is nearly impossible because the models I find online are either the Trans-Am or the GTA. It will be a hard time just finding the models of them.

As for the rims problem, I think I'm only adding the rims of the V8s version in real life so no dog dish sorry.

I am now recovering from the bad cold that stopped me from progressing The work of this mod will begin probably next week.

 

Because of the problem with the models, this mod will only include the 1982 to 1983 Trans-Am and SE; The 1985 to 1989 Trans-Am/GTA and TTA. Sorry for the changes.

 

Sounds cool, hopefully KITT can make an appearance in the future but it'll be nice to have a third gen Firebird at all lol

 

I mean, you can always make the taillights from scratch.

 

Is it looking the same as before ingame at the moment?

This is probably one of my most awaited beamng mods I started working on a 2 pack of the 3rd gen Camaro and this, but it did not look that great and i noticed a few people already made the Camaro. amazing work mate!

They did right from the start funny enough. I have an '88 Firebird that has been built in Van Nuys and since it was delivered in 1989 it was registered in Germany. It has never been registered in another country. Also I'm really really looking forward to this mod!

 

Is it possible to make a rusted livery?

 

The work of this mod is now pause, I am waiting for the permission to use the model of the 1982 Firebird, sorry to those nice people who helped me.

 

You emailed the publisher on GTAInside, right?

 

In fact I'm trying to find out the original model and the guy who made it, it's a bit hard.

 

Is this based off of the imponte? from gta?
