I am currently attempting to do some photography and videography in beam and need a camera to be placed on the trunk of a car. Is there a way to do this?

use relative camera (5 on the line of numbers above your WASD keys), and use whatever buttons you use to move your cam to the desired position, for extra effect adjust the FOV up and down to your desire using numpad 9 and numpad 3 (with num lock engaged)
