Hey sorry to bother with this, i'm quite sure that i'm doing something wrong... i use wheel, h-shifter and full pedals, and naturally i use gearbox in realistic mode, for some reason when i'm staging for the drag weekend event, it says "remember! Gearbox set to realistic mode." it keeps flashing that, i can move up to the line and it turns green, but it keeps flashing that message, i tried changing it to arcade and back to realistic but can't figure out what's the problem... also tried going into the gameplay settings and verified it's in realistic there aswell... (FYI: it works when i stage a drag run in freeroam) Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks a lot! I love this mod, can't play without it! ♥♥♥♥♥ Edit: BTW the opponent doesn't stage either it just stays put after spawning
I am not exactly sure how those missions work that's something raceless worked on. I am pretty sure those missions are going to be removed and are technically deprecated, Due to the fact that we need to remove the ai paths on the track so when you are running the drag in Free roam there are no AI in your way. They might also be fixed one day but we are not exactly sure how to prevent the ai driving on it
This is fixed now, There is a Patch which take care of this issue. Also I am pretty sure that the new Patch Fixed the long standing issue with the police randomly ramming the player.
IDK what happend, but this is my account Maybe becouse of some scripts, I sometimes see a red square with errors and LUA. I've been thinking how to edit save for cash, but problem solved - at least I can test configs without grinding.
I found a bug. I got the prize for "win the race under 0:07sec" when it took me longer than that. Also I think I didn't win against ai, but not sure about that.
Do you think there is a way to up the amount of trailers that can be transported so you can get a trailer with hitch and then get another trailer to hitch onto it. so it would be possible to do roadtrain combination?
Not too sure but I can look into it in the coming days, Gonna just play the game for a bit and enjoy the work. Lol Can you do this in freeroam?
You can spawn multiple trailers you own and connect them all. But as far as the delivery mission goes you are only allowed to spawn 1 trailer at a time. The is the same with vehicle delivers. There is a lot of interest in spawning multiple vehicles and loading them in a trailer
Thanks for the info, This can definitely be done just need to rework the entire delivery system for the trailers and vehicles just would take a good bit of time.
Love the new update, one bug that i have noticed is on the race track, It's very hard to do a lap whilst getting all of the checkpoints as sometimes it doesnt register, forcing me to take a diffent racing line. Really cool work tho dude well done.
Do you have the latest release? I made some checkpoints bigger so this wouldn't happen as much (or at all) I am glad you are enjoying it!
Yea I’m not sure how all of those missions work honestly that is a Raceless thing. But I think this has been a long standing main game bug as I am ran into similar issue with the base game missions without mods --- Post updated --- so you modded in money? I can as with pretty high confidence if your script uses any files in the career mode section it is interfering with the mod which might be the cause of this issue. Whatever mod you used/lua script make sure it is disabled after you use it.
Yeah drift missions can be a bit weird about this too. Not sure what it is but it’s probably in the base game
No, I don't use any scripts, I meant scripts in the mod. Or maybe I did something wrong when converting a save from previous version. Anyway your career mod is great and it's a pleasure to see it developing!
Ahh so you were just in the files of the mod? Well I can’t say for sure what is going on if you modify the files but if you get lua errors if you could send them to me in a private message I’ll take a look whenever I’m looking at the mod

I’m having trouble getting anything past the very beginning missions to load I restarted my career a couple times and after winning the beginner races nothing else unlocks
