Mod approvals are paused. We must be getting close! Also I’m headed to DisneyLand today to maybe catch some employees playing beam
Ask them if they have any 3rd party mods ;D As a side note, I’ve only found a single source Venture claiming the ‘group’ (I don’t believe it was a group) claimed they did it through a ‘game add-on’. Nowhere have I found this statement being true. And without being able to locate where the ‘group’ claimed this I don’t know how valid the Venture article was. Back up a few months and you’ll remember a malware investigator by the name of Eric Parker releasing a video about “BeamNG Players Are in Danger” where this same hacker/group was releasing loaded mods on 3rd party websites. They also claim to be tapping into numerous downloads stemming outside of BeamNG though so the tie between Disney and a BeamNG specific mod doesn’t seem to be certain. When there isn’t much to speculate on for updates I go down other rabbit holes. Also I don’t think this ‘group’ cares for Club Penguin, furries, AI, or any of their other motive/identity claims. Everything surrounding them is loaded to break headlines because I believe they crave the attention. Quick summation but maybe some of you are interested in a brief overview.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was related to the security issue, maybe they're installing some protection or something
This is most certainly due to the recent security patches done, considering that the mod system had about as many (security) holes as Swiss cheese it makes sense for them to pause submissions and probe the repo.
I feel like a more modern D-series would be nice. We have a fair share of sedans, coupes, sports cars. Also a euro semi would be nice tbh
I would like to see an extension of the years production like the GMC Caravane (which is still in production) with a facelift, new engines (i4 Diesel and modern V8s) and an introduction of the Manumatic 8-speeds.
Realistic… I get you, though. The GMC Savana hasn’t been changed since the late ‘90s… look up pictures of a 2024 GMC Savana/Chevy Express interior or dash.
The 4.5 and 5.5 Gavril V8 engines do have some "late" parts, meaning they got some updates in the lore.
Nothing weird here....here are some examples : The wallyscar Izis is still produced today's with Citroën berlingo parts,Panhard's only engines until their undeserved death (1967) are Post-war twin Cylinders,First twingos used the 30 years old Cléont fonte, the 2cv was produced until 1990 with it's old engines , the wallys 719 is a 206 sedan wich is itself the 1998 Peugeot 206, and speaking of it it's still produced today in Iran, wich by the way the Peugeot 405 is still produced in Iran too, the Peugeot 504 was produced until the early 2000's with the Indenor engines , first one being from the late 50's , and finally, the 1955 Citroën ds , depsite being VERY innovative, used a Pre-war traction engine It's very usual for carmakers to Do that to reduce cost of production and Engineering, and Time of developpment
I want a modern (2020+) tacoma/tundra under the "ibishu" name, since we don't have any modern ibishu's. We already have a modern american car but we don't have any modern japanease cars. (hirochi WAS modern, but not anymore...) And it would also fit the bill as a modern pickup.
The surf doesn't have texture and isn't fixed correctly in the roof rack. Also, the aggregate box seems like we can load it with construction aggregate like sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, or recycled crushed concrete, wich mean the dumptruck and ciment truck will have a role in the career mode. In career we have some building and roads in construction, it would be fun to deliver some construction aggregate to those construction sites. We would only need production sites for these materials.
