add configs on each vehicle

Hi guys, not sure if this is right place to ask but does anyone know how to add specific configs to different vehicles in game?

for example: Quick Ratio Drift Steering, Race gearbox , Adjustable ECU, AWD-4WD systems on Semi-Trucks (or any other vehicle)

Point is to be able have little bit more joy with this game by experimenting different scenarios.

PS: any help or tutorial video links are WELCOME.
