BeamNG install issue

    So for some reason Beam isn't installed but in my C drive I have all my files and can click BeamNG.drive.exe to open the game but on Steam it isn't installed. Can I delete these files (excluding mods and my 0.32) and then install BeamNG and just copy over the files?
