I wanted to download this mod but page gives an error message.

 

the author is banned

 

But camaro is still there

I think it's whenever an account gets banned, all of their mods automatically get wiped.
Which is unfortunate since, in this case, the Spica doesn't contain any inappropriate material or anything remotely related to what Akemi was banned for.
