Node count is down from 103 to 59. It's perfectly stable right now. I spent some time toying with the deformation, but I have no idea how WWI planes deform. The pics below show a crash at 65mph.

Uh, I think the plane you are building is of fabric over wood construction, in which case it would deform nothing like an aluminum airplane. The wood would shatter and leave a mess of fabric and cables.

The plane I'm building uses a steel tube fuselage. Still, I think it should be a lot weaker. The problem is reducing the beamStrength causes some mesh spiking, which I don't want. I'll keep messing with it.

    It's nonsense.
    Why would you do that.
    Use common sense please.

A friend of mine gave me the 3D file of the moonhawk, is it illegal to have the 3D file of the car when you don't own the game?

[8:18:37 AM] pf12351: You don't have beamng and haven't made a single car within the game.

Have your friend with a BeamNG forum badge confirm in this thread that he/she indeed gave you the Moonhawk model. Otherwise, your claim means shit-all.

While blunt and somewhat rude, there's nothing in negativeice's post that I don't agree with, sorry to say.

Lovely! looks very clean and accurate. Perhaps merging a few polyrows in places may work better (such as leading up to the vent, on the steering wheel and the side of the dash), although it probably does not matter too much. Also, the Honda badge on the steering wheel is probably better off being normal or alpha mapped (small interior indents/extrusions are mostly done with normal maps). That said, you could use the geometry to bake a normal map:D
