Mod approvals have been back for almost a month now, either they kept the banner until the backlog was cleared or they just forgot about it.
I think they just forgot. The initial content-dump was huge, so I don't think it was a backlog issue.
Wheres the guy who always post updates rates (Edit: i meant the rate on which updates are on, a speculation about the release date of the update)
You know, the guy who posted a list that goes like this: 1.18 : 7 sept 1.19 : 1 oct Ect... And then there's a speculation about the date of release
Fall updates are often second half of September. --- Post updated --- I think he's asking for the release date table, though I usually include an estimated release based on prior update patterns (opposed to just averaging release dates, which I still think is a bad approach) I was hoping to update my teaser summary post this week, been a bit too busy IRL the past couple of months...
Something worth noting for others is the “0.33 Will Be Delayed”, thread made by the devs. So best to relax and not anticipate an approaching update.
Even though we had no update last summer? Isn't the upcoming update and the teasers the update that was supposed to come summer? It would mean the 0.33 is reported... to this fall.
I think late Sept is likely for a few reasons: We know they plan for 2 full updates this year. Holiday update is a given, so the fall update would be the second. To give them enough time for a Holiday update, the Fall update needs to come out fairly soon This would basically be the normal schedule just skipping the summer update Teasers are on schedule we usually see on an update approach, including the big release teaser yesterday
The very last thing we need is yet another off road vehicle. I love off roading as much as the next person, but come on. What we really need is an open wheeled race car. Either a Formula 1 knock off, an American Indy car knockoff, or even a small spec series car like Formula Ford or Formula Mazda. Or heck all of the above.
There is a chance we'll see something with the Moonhawk remaster, since a fair number of short track/modifieds are made from A/G body platforms. I'd love to see something like that in game, though the WCUSA remaster didn't really do great things for the most approproate official track we had for these types of cars
I believe that in order to get to racing content, we need to first increase the overall detail and tire development in all aspects, not just add a new feature like thermal tires.
