Still, no. No one is gonna make a map just for you, do you know just much time it takes just to make a fictional map alone? Replicating a city 1:1 in BeamNG would take at least triple that time
As someone who makes maps I can say it would easily take some one alteased a year because you would need to 3d model each building and texture each one accordingly not to mention you would as need to set up coalition mesh and that is not mentioning everything else you would need to do. Also you are not willing to pay them for there work I take it?
