It actually shares quite a lot with the normal d-series and It wouldn't make sense for it to be separate for some different frames and bed
the roamer and van while it shares the frame are completely different bodystyles

And the medium-duty would be the opposite. Instead of sharing frames, like the H-Series and Roamer, they'd share the body, so the logic of making it a separate vehicle would apply.

The D65 wouldn't even share the whole body, just the cab. Firewall foward will be unique. Interior might be a modified version of the D15 interior or completely unique. It might get 2 of the engines, with maybe 2 unique engines. Other than that, all of the frame/drivetrain is unique. Overall there really isn't much shared.

Then consider the team might want to drop a new body on it (reference the Ford B-Series and Chevy B-Series), which would result in a D65 that shares absolutely nothing with the D-15/25/35. Yes I'm speculating on a very different version than what we've seen, but one of those would be useful for any 1/4 mile oval motorsports...

There’s a name for it, but if you assume a person or group is bad it’ll enhance or cultivate the claim. I’ve been within a few communities and BeamNG’s is one of the most respectful with a good balance between both players and developers. I think the average decency and dedication you see between all is worth acknowledging :)

Yeah, she happened to have been resting at the time I took this photograph! :p

The HD-Series name isn't official, it was just something I made up for all of us to be able to have an idea about what sort of a vehicle this is. :)

I see you're not accustomed to small and tight cars (that's what she said)! :p

Man, if I finish my job tomorrow afternoon and see some new YouTube notifications in the BeamNG channel, I'm not gonna close my eyes for the rest of the day! :p:p:p

I'm betting just before .34 they will redo the BeamNG showreel, thanks to Vulkan. When you look at the 2020 one, which really doesn't seem that long ago, it looks like an entirely a different game.

You should see my Peugeot 107 (which is also a Toyota underneath)! I'm 6ft tall/220lbs heavy and the uppermost (and most comfortable for me) position of the steering wheel adjustment is about 2in from the lowest one (which almost touches my hips). So I enter the car by putting my right leg to pass under the wheel first, like in a race car, where you have to climb over the roll cage! Personally, I love this! :)

Good for you. Being 6' 1/2" I have 1/2-0" of headroom in my 98 Honda Civic Coupe.
