I expressed that exact same thought previously. The selection of wheel, then size, then style, and then color is such a good system.
Thomas Developing(Tdev) a new Replay Editor, With in-depth Slow-Mo and frame controls, within the World Editor, For the .34 update. for some random reason he is still using Gridmap V1. I don't know what's the deal with it but almost all dev screenshots are on the old GridMap. Why's that?
He (or another dev, don't remember at this point) said that the main reason is that Gridmap v1 loads much faster which is important when they restart the game a bunch of times every day.
They just need to be in alphabetical order. --- Post updated --- And Wentward DT40L needs to be basically rebuilt from scratch.
I think remastering the Wentward would be a logical next step now that the T-Series is done (or at least almost done). It would fit in great with the other commercial vehicles in career mode.
I don't see it being a priority for the team. We know the gameplay department is shifting focus to motorsports, with plans to eventually re-do a lot of the bus gameplay. So I expect upcoming new vehicles/remasters to be stuff that fits the motor sport branch
I agree, the bus can wait, but we can't wait for motorsports content anymore, for too long the developers have been busy with off-roading and trucks
Well it makes sense to have them sorted by size, this way you see all the right size wheels straight away. It would be annoying to pick a random wheel and then finding out it's not the right size
I think there really is more to come for our beloved MD-Series after all. (Check the name of the selected part)
There is a tow config, but it has a short flatbed upfit with a gooseneck hitch. I checked the game files and there isn't anything I know of with the "towtruck" frame part.
considering towing is one of the future Laborer career branches, it would make sense that they want to have some variety in the tow trucks available, so this could be a sling/boom tow upfit.
