0.33 Discussion Thread

In fact, I always do my settings in Freeroam mode (never in Garage mode), and that's where the bug comes from. Hence my message.
But at least I know I'm not the only one to have this type of problem.

 

Since version 0.33, Tacho2 often disappears after changing the vehicle, for example, in Career mode or when switching cars in Time Trial configuration. In the UI Apps, only the frame is visible, but the gauge itself is missing.

How many ram do u have?

 

The hotfix changed the BeamNG executable name back to "BeamNG.drive.x64" lol

The Gavril D-Series features a Sema-approved bluetooth driveshaft. It is the SFA driveshaft that comes as standard on the 3 Link Solid Axle Front Suspension.

 

Not explicitly a 0.33 issue, but the bus routes on West Coast USA aren't adjusted to the updated lanes and tunnels. There are several instances where the navigation arrows want you to cut across 3 lanes or perform a u-turn.

 

Had the same problem with Vulkan renderer. Don't have it with the regular one (DirectX11?)

 

Hi, there is a guide for the new road creator/editor? I`m having some difficults getting it

 

Does anyone else find it frustrating that traffic spawns on the racetrack and drag strip in career mode? I can't do a pull down the strip without a car spawning on front of me forcing me to abort the run. Normally I find it fun dodging around the less than self aware traffic, but in a dedicated motorsport environment, it gets quite frustrating.

 

Bug: The AI traffic police are too passive
I have tested this in Safe Mode. I only spawned police cars and set them to "AI Traffic", "Start"
In the previous major update (and I think in 0.33.1), the police AI were challenging and would actually try to brake check you, turn into you from the oncoming lane, and PIT your vehicle, even with other regular traffic vehicles in the mix. However, in 0.33.2, They seem to just want to follow you very slowly to the point where they will lose you even if they are behind you with a more powerful vehicle. They also refuse to turn into you from oncoming now, instead opting to just stop in place and slowly U-turn to get into your lane after you pass them. Also, police vehicles in the middle of a U-Turn will no longer slam the gas to try to surprise T-bone you/block you, and police vehicles in front of you will decide to pull over (lol) and turn around instead of braking in front of you to block you. Police vehicles now also refuse to change lanes to PIT you even if they do decide to go faster than you and the lane beside goes in the same direction. It's not their weight difference wariness behaviour either, I tried to run in the base model covet on the Utah highway and a police roamer was unwilling to get beside it and slam it, instead opting to lightly tap the rear bumper repeatedly and awkwardly turn into it lightly from the side.

I also noticed that problem, in new scenario where we have to evade the police with Gavril MD, police is just driving behind and doing nothing.

 

Last couple of days I have huge problems with the editor, expacialy the vehicle editor, textures in de vulcan mode are wrong, and the editor is very unstable, even in the normal mode editor is not very stable, I have also problems with playing with the vulcan mode, a week back every thing runs fine.

 

I feel like the regular traffic turned more aggressive as well
