Change username or delete account, delete mods, and mod missing from userpage

I want to delete all my mods and change my username as I'm a much different person now than when I first signed up.

if I can't change my username, I want to delete my account so I can make a new one, but can't figure out how to do so.

I also uploaded a mod, linked here https://www.beamng.com/resources/famdorchini-factor2.32196/

I can see it and download it when logged in, but it doesn't show up in an incognito tab or ingame.

I'm confused as to why we can't A) change our usernames when IPB has had the feature for decades and B) delete our accounts at will.

If BNG is using forum software that doesn't support these features, this is a big, big problem.
