all of the roatator lightbars will randomly reset the animation and turn off for a split second if you look closely idk why its happening

It has been the O key for a few updates now with the Crown Victoria.
It is it's own key because Spotlights aren't tied to the high beams in real life. Lol

Added a new color slot to the Federal Signal Vector. This one is called 'Custom' which allows you to change each dome individually.
You can also have the outer ones, inner ones, and center 1 be different speeds than the other using the variables.
90 to 175 has been chosen as they offered 90 FPM, 120 FPM, and 175 FPM as different speeds.
