This is still an issue, even after today's patch which I guess didn't try to fix it. There's a display issue, with the text behind the buttons and also the diff locks not actually engaging, as evidenced by not all driven wheels spinning as you'd expect.

Which part works for you and how did you test it?

It depends on the vehicle. Single rear axle vehicles seem to work. And if you're not losing traction on one side, you won't be able to tell if it works or not.

No worries, I'm just reporting an issue and waiting for a fix, not really needing help with something. It used to work properly in earlier versions.

It's not. It started happening with the most recent major update, and every time there is a major update all mods get disabled by default. Plus, I don't even have any T-series related mods.

Just to be extra clear, the issue isn't that the diff lock doesn't turn on in the UI, it's that it doesn't actually work as you'd expect.

i tested it, mine dont lock either but i had an error before spawning the vehicle. idk if the error is even related to the diff but here is it anyway.

I did some more testing and it appears it's a controls bug, not really a bug with the differentials themselves. There's a control binding in the general vehicle settings called Toggle Differential Mode and that one toggles both the center differential and both axle differentials like it always did, but lately it ends up locking one and unlocking the other. See screenshot. If you click on the UI to lock and unlock the differentials individually, it seems to work correctly.

You can bring up the "Powertrain Visualization" UI and click the differentials there
