Hello my Peregrini Friends, It is still race day, tea break time has just finished and we are ready for the last race of the day with Group 1. This late afternoon drivers are: Nina Hill Cian Falloone Juliana Fraga Arthur Walker Zacharias Galanoglou Donatella Vitello Chimbai Dargan For convenience, here is the link for the video: It will also be available at the first post of this thread. Thank you!
I broke the AI of my races.... I don't know how to recover them.... but the exposition will still happen. If I can't rebuild the AI on time, I'll create different games with the drivers in the mean time, but I won't let you all hanging... I want this back on track as fast as I can
Ey man, take your time! I am better wait and get a nice quality product lol i dont mind waiting if you have any problems)))))
Hello my Peregrini friends!!! I finally managed to finish a video. I got sick and couldn't work on them, postponing everything by a few days and I'm sorry for the delay it may have caused. The video I'm publishing today isn't a race one, but the not so much awaited Civetta Exposition. I won't deny that I kind of rushed through it and to my own opinion, the quality is below my previous race in the Redwood. But I gave extra effort to the story that is self-creating throughout the videos, so I hope I found a counter balance. I also have the feeling that this is just a filler, well, it may be, but it was fun and challenging at the same time narrating each car's configs. I did my best as a new player of the game. I'd like to let you all know that I have already recorded the replay for all the 3 qualifyings. Yes, I will keep the subdivision of the Bottom 8, Mid 7 and Top 7, but this time with a different approach that was hard to record, but it looks amazing to me. Keep tuned! To the... Story: The number of submissions was so big that I didn't even need to find time to work on them and, thanks to our mechanic Ari who was quick to contact some of his former customers in the East Coast, we received some special visits. As Ari couldn't find that many former customers, on his road trip to the East Coast, he met a few ETK owners with their family cars who accepted his invitation to take part on the Expo. Actually the owners were all from East Coast, but Ari with his Italian charisma is really good, so the credit goes anyway. It was a last minute event that Ari managed to pull through, so the number of participants is better than expected. We had 6 Civettas and 3 ETKs to take part. Ari also placed his own ETK to be seen. The Expo contains a few mods that can easily be found on the in-game Repo. While editing I discovered that Ari has gifted me a paid Civetta mod. Thank you so much Ari. And the thanks isn't only for the gift, but also for all the .pc files you sent me of your builds and the contribution you've given so far. THANKS ARI!!! Ps: I'm not mentioning the mods names here to not spoil which cars are Ari's build and which are mods. As always, here is the video for convenience. It will also be on the 1st post of this thread. Thank you all!! Bye! --- Post updated --- Stradale, I didn't understand much what you suggested. Do you mean to create a Dealearship in the story? Or are you suggesting that in the game itself a Civetta dearlership should be created? Thanks!!
Heeeey, thanks for another very cool video! I really liked the idea of showing and explaining some rare cars... (when i will have enough time, i think i will try to make videos something like "history of [car]" in beamng, because i am too much into all such stuff. But currently i dont really have enough time for that...) I also wish you to recover soon And the mod gift is a "thank you" for all your cool videos)))) Also, when i looked at C-Series i thought: hmmm, why a "stock-ish" lookin' car is here? Oh wait, i know! Maybe he saw a cool exposition, and thought his compact car will greatly fit between supercars... lmao but it looked cool. About the Widebody Mondello: are you sure it is a factory design? More looks like custom made, probably modified by some professional italian mechanic (no, not me lol) Also, are we gonna see you driving? I think it could be some cool idea))))) Ok, here is a bit some background lore behind some cars: Ari's (my) ETK 800-Series: It is based on a rare limited "Heritage Edition" ETK. It was lately repainted and slightly modified by Ari. Roadster V24 Bolide Vittorioso Speciale Edition: it was "special order" from Civetta - Ari and some other professional mechanics had a task to make a beast for the Belasco Hypercar Race in 1994. Civetta didn't have enough money to build a completely new car, so they took one of the Ventiquattro Edition Bolide, and sent it for the tuning. And, you know what? This absolute beast won that race! And at the moment, one very rich man bought the car, and he asked to modify it for "more road friendly" driving. That is how it got the yellow-and-wine-red painting, and new luxury interior. Interesting fact: only 24 Ventiquattro Edition were made, so the appearance of such car on the exposition, is a VERY rare moment! Civetta Bolide (Ari's tuning): it is just another Bolide that was asked to be tuned. Well, the only thing that it was quite rare, only because it was an Evoluzione Edition! Civetta Scintilla (Ari's tuning): Yeah, also another task for Ari to make a tuned Civetta... well, funnily enough, owner literally said "Make it look agressive", so Ari asked: "How agressive?", and the owner answered: "If people talk about you as one of the best mechanics in Civetta, then surprise me." Well, this is a result! And the owner was indeed, surprised! But, as most of the money were spent on car parts, the engine was left barely untouched. Yeah, that's it. I am very glad that I can participate in such videos, thanks once again for such opportunity! I can't wait for another cool video!
You should create a YT channel about that indeed. If you want, you can write whatever and send me, but it would be the same amount of work anyway lol. I remember asking you to share your knowledge about the lore of BeamNG, but I guess that I asked so many details within the message regarding the .pc files that you didn't notice. And I didn't bother asking again as I considered it to not be that important for my videos at that time. And I know you are busy with school and your music, so I try not to fill you with questions lol I confess it was a bit of nuisance to find story and I didn't dig much to be honest. Yeah... After I recorded it looked awful, but I decided to go with it anyway. I used the fact that that we weren't very know so it could fit nicely. Also those 2 ETKs were kind of retired already, so it fit. What I learned is that ETK K-series was a roadster, and that's a nice story I didn't know when I started. When I went into the Mondello options, all that were available there by default I considered a "factory design". By this I mean that the modder decided to create a version her/himself. It was not a .pc file I added, it came as default. So that is why I called it that way, basically the modder (factory) created it. Same applies to the Black Scintilla. Ari, thank you for sharing this extra story line. I didn't know anything about those custom files you sent so I created a very superfluous story which you just made richer. Although I wished you sent me earlier lol I guess the video would be a bit too long then. But I liked the story of the ventiquattro, it would have been a nice addition to the video. By the way, I'm not sure I should record me driving yet. Maybe... I only have a keyboard, so not very good.
I don’t mind being asked - ask as many question as you want, i don’t mind spending time explaining things that you don’t understand The world of beamng has a lot of things to explain, so it is normal for people to ask some things. Yeah, sadly I recently found that I have little free time, but I already can tell that in near time I will have more free time, so I will be able to work with you and on music as much as before also sorry for not noticing some of your questions sometimes, when I see a question, I have millions of explanations in my head, so I am trying to get the best one and that is why I can not notice some things… Thanks))))) not gonna lie, I enjoy doing such stories! (Though they take pretty a lot of time to create, as I look for info to check if I am right with some parts of the lore) Yeah, that is sad that it wasn’t included in the video. I didn’t know that you will a make a completely separate video on exposition! I thought that it will be part of some video with race, and it will not be long. I also didn’t expect that you will make such good descriptions of the cars)))) so, if you will have another exposition or something like that, just PM me with what you want, and I will also be able to create some story behind the cars! just don’t make camera shots from interior lol and it will look good!
Most of the times I don't know myself what to ask lol. On BeamNG, I know literally nothing other than just making the cars race themselves. So I'm still learning and I think that it is reflecting on the quality of my prods. Don't apologise. What I think is important I'll be asking many times until I receive the answer. Lore wasn't as important as it has become in this video. This was the first I actually touched on it. I also didn't know I would make an entire video on it))) it just felt like it should be done. And now it fews like it adds to the story pretty well. I don't know if I'll do it again, as creating the camera paths for each car was a challenge of patience. But if I decide to do it again, I'll ask you for a background story. By the way, in terms of camera movement, what was the best one you liked? I liked the black Scintilla, but I reckon it needs improvement. It was my last one and I wouldn't change all that I'd already made There was one YT channel that did it very well, but I can't find anymore to use as inspiration. It was about that small Covet car. Got it. All I need is a car then. Had the mechanic prepared one for me? Send me the pc file (no supercar please) via PM as you gave me an idea.
Camera movements for ETK 800-Series and Roadster Bolide are my favorites, they look too incredible! Ari the mechanic can turn any car into supercar! Well, when i will be free i will send you .pc file (As i understood my task is: make comfortable and road friendly NOT supercar - sounds like a Soliad Lansdale with 1100 HP! Ok, lmao, joke aside, i will try to make the car as comfortable to drive as i can)
Thanks for letting me know. That is what I'll try to replicate in case I do another one I know you can I'll DM you about that as I don't know much about the cars in the game.
Hello my Peregrini friends! Today we have the first qualifying round for the East Coast Event. We already started with a somewhat successful Civetta Expo organized last minute by Ari and now, it is time to look at our drivers. This morning, we’re kicking off the qualification for our Bottom 8 drivers. As you will notice, we’re introducing a brand new format that promises to keep you on the edge of your seat. In this new setup, the drivers will tackle their qualifying laps together, adding a twist to the competition. Each driver will have the opportunity for not just one, but two qualifying laps. This means they’ll have a second chance to leave their mark on the track. The best time recorded from these two laps will determine their qualifying positions today and will also play a crucial role in the overall standings for group division later on. The dynamics of this qualifying format mean that a slower driver can inadvertently affect the performance of a faster one. Imagine the tension as a speedy competitor attempts to navigate around a slower car—will they make the pass and improve their time, or will they be hindered by the traffic? Overtaking is permitted, but there are rules to keep in mind. If a driver makes a reckless move that forces another off their trajectory—say, by hitting them and causing a loss of control—the offending driver will face a hefty penalty: an additional 9 seconds added to their best time. Buckle up and let's enjoy the Bottom 8 qualifiers! I also would like to extend the invitation once again. If you would like to share your builds with us, hit me a DM and we can work out when and how we showcase your cars. I'm talking mostly configs and mods of in-game brands. For the current moment, no real brands. As always, below is the link, but you can also find it in the 1st post of this thread.
Thanks Ari!!! It was a challenge to make this video, so I'll do all that I can to keep it the way you saw in this video
Hello my Peregrini Friends! We are starting the new qualifying round for the Mid 7 standing drivers following the same format described during the qualifying for the Bottom 8 drivers. I'm still sick and with a duck voice in this video. Ari has also made his predictions and we'll discover the result at the end of the video. If anyone else enjoys the video and also would like to do predictions send me a DM Here's the video for your convenience. I'll add it to the first post of this thread too.
when i heard these sounds when you were looking if my prediction was right, i firstly got scared, but when i undestood, i laughed so hard! Man, it sounded really strange lmaoo Great vid!
Hahahahahaha.... I don't have sound effects library and was lazy to search lol That was stupid, but I was on the flow lol
Hello my Peregrini friends! A new episode is up and it is the qualifying for the top 7 drivers. Even though I think this series is dead, I enjoy making it, so I'll keep posting it as self immolation My voice is still of a sick person, so I'm sorry for that. And I noticed that there are some audio quality issues (granular sound) at the beginning. I'm not sure what made it, but I hope it won't repeat in the next episodes. Ari participated remotely to the non-sense guessing game as he was busy attending a different errand in the East Coast. He was far. But his predictions were left in a piece of paper, which I'm glad he left them Anyway, as always the link for convenience is here:
