Update Speculation thread

what are the chances that we will get a winter update? (the autumn update has delayed by almost 1 month)

 

i wonder if we are ever going to get the civetta fulmine
i always thought it looked really cool and would be one of the only civetta vehicles i would use often

 

I'm pretty sure the brand of the old car thing is unknown

 

I think it will be a Burnside, it looks quite American. And since the majority of BeamNG's cars are American (unfortunatley, in my opinion), it seems probable. But time will tell.

Even though its hard to read the name in the Blender screen (I can only make out /vehicles/_____flathead.dae), it seems like its not going to be called something similar to Ford or Chevy (Model A, etc)

I started to wonder if next update will bring more moder friendly tools to make moding easier and more competitive. More and more mods started to be Paid and this could hit Beam.NG sales. As A Gamer I preffer to buy DLC from Beam.NG than pay for mods that can be abonded.

I have no objections to paid mods, but if every modder start to make paid mods. Then for me we are going a Sims4 road where every thing is behind a pay wall.

 

The Sims 4 has even worse problems with paid mods, or CC, as the Sims community calls it, so much that EA had to interfere.

 

SO if we getting the update before Christmas, ( as 90% of the time we do )

To think we have 5 weeks and 1 day to Christmas,

Witch leaves us with 5 Tuesdays. So i would say 4 more teaser weeks. As often they want to bring the update it's self before
Christmas,

SO i do hope we do get a teaser this week,

not forgetting we most likely would get more photos of the MD-series. of course am more interested into the pre-war car.



How seeing we did get the render ( Art work ) of the car.as well as the engine, witch seems to be done, Even with Modded carbys,


One can only but guess how far the car is in its Development?

I am hoping the BASIC car in in game. And that the engine we saw is the SLIGHTLY tuned version, With the Twin carby set up,

vs stock on this model-B,


So i hope they working on the tuneing/after market parts,
meaning car is in game.


I hope this or next week ( i hope this week lol ) we get our revival teaser


However a small part of me, Thinks we not going to get this Done this update ( but i really hope they manage it )

Seats in the trunk??

 

Double side view mirrors? Is this a thing on old cars or is this two objects loaded at once? What would be the need to have this, if it's not a mistake?

 

Im pretty sure the .dae file for cars contains all the parts, so it could be that they forgot to hide it for the video. But they look indentical, so not sure.
