At present number of polygon is around 1M. polygon is very high density. --- Post updated --- I decreased polygon 1,000,000 to 330,000
I see. There should be a way to smoothen the model while keeping it optimised and not messing it all up.
At this stage, the answer would be “no.” --- Post updated --- It crossed my mind. in my opinion, it is wrong to ask that question based on the 3D model alone. As you probably know, BeamNG.drive also has a JBeam. That is more important than the 3D model. No matter how good the 3D model is, if the JBeam is not good, it cannot run properly. So, I think it's a little bit strange to ask such a question based on the 3D model (appearance) alone. I would like you to at least ask those questions at the time of JBeam. But your opinion has given me the idea to try to rework the 3D model a bit more. Thank you. It's kind of complicated.
Cars in BeamNG need around 40k-50k polys. Take a look at some other cars in the game from the devs and look at their topology. Its a good start at modeling, just need to tweak. For example the pillars look a bit warped, and the whole model just needs a bit of tidying up. So in short: 40-50k polys Neaten up model (pillars, lights, boot etc) Tidy up body around the edges. Then you can start on splitting the model up for Jbeam.
This is current making 3D model. The polygon count is 124, with a 30 degree smooth shade. I would like to create it again with your ideas. I will do my best again. --- Post updated --- It may look worse than it did earlier, though.
