help, my tires keep getting flat

I'm writing because I don't know what to do with it anymore, I don't even know where to look for help. When I drive any car off-road and hit some vegetation, my car's tires automatically get punctured. Has anyone had this? How to solve it?

 

Maybe your tires are too inflated, or you're too brutal.

 

That's not really the problem. It doesn't depend on pressure, speed or car
