Who says that? Honestly I like Morocco. I have personally never been there, but I have a close friend from Morocco and he's very nice and from what he has told me it's a very beautiful country. Some friends of mine have also been on vacation there and have said that it was very nice there (although they didn't like the intense heat) I guess some reasons for other people could be politically motivated, perhaps they're just xenophobic or their country has had political troubles with Morocco (such as Algeria or Spain)

Tbh most Middle Eastern (except war-torn ones my condolences), Central Asian countries as well as most (except Libya) north African countries are pretty underrated places to visit.
Maybe because you're a liquored-up cafe owner pining for the beautiful woman that abandoned you in Paris at the worst possible time, and are stuck there without travel papers with your pianist/best friend/only friend, whom you keep at arm's length because you're bitter and lonely. Or, yeah, politics.
I had a classmate back when I was at school, like probably most people used to have. She was at 5th grade when she visited Morocco with her family. When she came back, she told me that some guy did try to buy her, offer was only 40 camels so her family declined the offer. And that is pretty much what I know about Morocco, so perhaps people don't so much hate Morocco, but are perhaps just not in the best knowledge of what it is really alike in there. So I recommend that people of Morocco would write about their home nation so that people around the world would learn what is great about Morocco.
I know why Question 1 answer: Moroccans say they have the "best" country in the world so people go there they see trash on the roads and super sandy and almost no trees and broken structures and they are at war with western Sahara and Algeria.

Now I don't want to get into politics too much, but regarding Western Sahara from a neutral standpoint: Morocco claims Western Sahara as being a part of Morocco, but they don't formally own it. The UN defines it as a non-self-governing territory, not as a part of Morocco. Whether you support it or not is a different topic but saying that it belongs to Morocco isn't quite that correct.
