Welp, give it a try. The model is not encrypted. Oh right. I've gotta release the newest version of the model. Take a look at the one that is in the download and see if you can figure it out. If you can, I'll PM you the new model.

Nevermind, I figured it out and fixed it, I think. I had to mirror the right "quarter panel" UV. I fixed it from this To this: Now it will be MUCH easier for folks to make skins for it. I've still to test how the model looks to make sure it isn't inverted some or weird nonsense in-game --- Post updated --- Then the UV in these pictures are a little wavy look closely at the texture: It's A LOT better than it was, but it needs fine tuning. The hood texture is from me modelling the cut outs in the hood for the headlights. I had to fill them in for the LM Hood, so that means making a scratch UV, and I am not a pro.
for the texture looking a bit weird like the texture is rotated on one face while it isnt on the other is a problem with blender or the unwrap type idk
No kidding LOL. That is why I said it needs to be addressed by a professional or someone who knows what they are doing. It is on the standard unwrap from when it was ported from Assetto Corsa. It needs to be manually edited by someone better than me. This is the latest UVmap for the model for anyone who wants to make a skin for the new model for the next release. Please do not use real brands. Keep them lore friendly.

how i found out was that on most monitors, theres a logo and its usually in the middle of the bezel and i noticed the bottom spoke of the steering wheel was not aligned with the logo on my monitor. even used centerofmyscreen to see if it was just me but nope its wrong
okay, monkee terms. camera meant to be aligned with bottom stick thing of circle thingy that turn car. but camera is not a aligned with the circle thingy making it off. its also visible on the seats if you go free cam and look down the the 2 numpad key with numlock on
What bottom stick thing of the circle thing? WHAT circle thingy? What are you talking about? I do see what you mean about the seat, but when I allign it so the camera looks like it is in the middle, the wheel is all the way over to the left. It looks off. This is with it fixed the way I like it after adjusting. This is what you call "correctly alligned"
yea what i meant by circle thing is the steering wheel. you didnt understand me when i told you how i figured it out so i had to explain in monke terms but you didnt get it either --- Post updated --- and its still misaligned a bit on the seats but its mostly fine edit: wait you had 2 kinds of aligned and the seat align is wrong with the wheel while steering wheel align is not good for the seat
It's close enough in the first one. IDGAF about the seat being a little off. Either it is an angle illusion, and the seats are aligned, OR The seat model is installed crooked somehow; Either way, again, IDGAF - it is close enough and better than it was. I have other things more important than the imaginary ass of the character model being slightly misaligned off center in the seat XD.

Felt like that, too. I had NO IDEA what he was talking about. He wasn't explaining it into words and grammar my brain could read properly at the time; when I read it, I was sleep deprived from working at my job, so that didn't help. When I read it the first message the first time, I read it as he was using some sort of debug alignment tool in his HUD. I was so confused XD.
when i told you how i found out and u were confused, i tried monke terms but you also didnt know what i meant. circle thingy is monke terms for steering wheel as you didnt understand but you didnt understand again. atleast you kinda understood with the part with the seat. srry if i was confusing it does sound like that lol
Small update: Finally fixed some more of the hood UV mesh. Might have introduced a small smoothing error, but the mesh looks MUCH better. Before: After: 2 configs are finally finished. They are ready for the release version after many hours of trial and error. All of the new LM spec cars in the release are faster due to less drag on the cars (after tweaking downforce inside the files). They are more stable and easier to drive due to having less horsepower and torque. Despite having less horsepower and torque, they are faster on track and in a straight line than the public release unrestricted configs. Please continue being patient. When it is finally released, you guys will notice the difference, trust me.
