is this good?

this isnt about beamng as a game btw

i have a 7600x 7800xt and i get about 80-90fps on west coast ultra settings with about 12-13 cars. just wanted to know if anybody with basically the same hardware has the same frames or is something wrong.

sorry if this seems stupid i just wanna know if im doing anything wrong

 

It can also depends on memory and GPU. Also more the traffic car is simplified, more you'll have FPS. Same if you enable simplified collision.

 

Try Vulkan mode if you haven't already. Also try setting traffic to auto (leftmost slider position)

 

i have 32gb ddr5 running at 6000mhz and gpu is a amd radeon rx7800xt and what does simplified collision do? does it make beamng into those knockoff car games?

i use vulkan always and there are like 5 cars when i choose auto. any fix?

 

It simplifies the car collisions by making falling parts no colliding anymore with the vehicle, thus reducing CPU usage. Also you can't crash into others cars anymore too.
