Worst fan base ive see is definitely no doubt the charger rt scat pack hell cat, chrysler 300 crowd. They all drive like insane idiots endangering everyone around them take overs "cutting up" ect all whith one hand on the wheel and recording with their phone in the other, like deleting the mufflers, resonators, and sometimes the cats making their car sound like extremely loud raspy poop and make the most hideous builds. Like idk maybe fix up your car and do maitenance before slapping on 22 in deep dish wheels that are worth more than the entire car. Idk maybe im wrong but youtube just always gives me videos of absolute idiotic drivers. and its always guys with the scat pack or the rt charger they be drivin stoopid and be talkin so bad i cant even understand what they be saying
As someone who likes BMW cars, especially their sedans, coupes, and convertibles, I can say that there's a very common stigma that BMW (and to an extent, Audi and Mercedes-Benz) drivers are selfish, disobey road laws, and have a disregard for other people's and their own safety, but most BMW drivers are seen so far here where I live have been chill and obey road laws.
Their chill until they start spewing flames and being loud for no reason at all, and being 5 ft from your bumper on the highway.
For me, the Porsche 911 fanbase is just so annoying. I like 911's but these people take it too far. The one car they really like is the 911 gt3rs and they think its the greatest car in the world. They think cars are just numbers and lap times and nothing else.
--- Post updated --- for now on everytime youtube gives me n idiot in a dodge ill post it here --- Post updated --- --- Post updated --- not a dodge but definityl low iq and credit score activities right here --- Post updated --- final one icould go forever. doofus driving with one hand and zero throttle control
The worst types of car 'enthusiasts' are people who shit on other people's choices of car or their perceived image of a stereotypical driver. Just because a lot of Dodge Challengers are bought by people named "Darius Floyd Jr III" who lives in Detroit and does street takeovers instead of finding a job, is no fault of the car itself. They may be bought by complete lowlife scum, but that shouldn't mean people should automatically hate the car. I think the Dodges are some of the coolest looking cars on sale and I love the idea of putting a huge power engine in a car and putting it on sale. If they were sold in my country, I'd have one in a heartbeat.
Brotha nobodies hating on the cars themself. The name of the thread is worse that fanbases not worst cars. I own a AWD Chrysler 300C and tbh at first I wasn't sure but after fixing a couple things I love it. I think the chrysler dodge Croud is just predominantly owned by a type of person i dont vibe with. I didnt grow up in the hood i dont listen to rap so im just not into that kinda group. I went to a car meetup that was in my area once and i felt very outta place. While im not big into lifted trucks Im more of a southern country american kinda guy so i just did not vibe with anyone there. Kinda just how it is a lot of car people ive met irl are the kinda of person i dont wanna be around. The only car people ive met that i didnt mind were guys at like actual car shows.
Ford and Toyota. They both have fanbases who are brand loyalists, they think the products they have are BETTER than anyone else's....
Toyota's reliability has been better than anyone else's for years (The recent drop to 2nd is due to a new engine block supplier they tried for the tundra engines [needless to say they won't be using them again]). I agree with the ford statement though. Fords live up to their acronym, Found.On.Road.Dead. --- Post updated --- These guys are idiots. None of them have both hands on the wheel, they are not even using the 2 handed hand-over-hand technique (that is wrong). They are showing a complete lack of respect for anybody else's and their own lives. At least the one video is attempting to show you how to be less stupid while being stupid. I know its not the cars fault, but Dodge do we REALLY want to have affordable RWD 700+ HP sedans on the road? --- Post updated --- I think everyone who buys a Dodge Hellcat, Demon, or similarly high powered vehicle should be required to attend a Racing 101/Racing Fundamentals course to learn how to properly control their overpowered RWD street cars.
You are right about Ford, but wrong about Toyota. Look at the new Tacoma that broke on a simple offroad course. Even Hybrid Tundras and 24s, and even one 25 Tundra have blown their engines.....
The blown engines are due to a new engine block supplier (new to Toyota at least) that screwed up making the blocks and screwed up again when they forgot to put proper parts tracking on the blocks. In reality around 5% or less of those 100k recalled engines would actually be affected, they just cannot tell which ones because the supplier screwed up with the parts tracking (IE. didn't put date of manufacture etc.). --- Post updated --- Also I feel like whoever drove it on the course was an idiot. You could say the same thing about every other manufacturer. If you drive a car that cannot do what you are asking it to do, it WILL break. Send me a video or something of how the tundra broke.
In the title it literally says "My Fault". and the other one says "playback on other websites disabled by the video owner" so... Unfortunately random breakdowns are inevitable nomatter what car it is, but a handfull out of who knows how many is not a major deal. Sure their may be hundreds of videos like this, but their have been hundreds of thousands of these pickups sold (averaging 118k per year). I think these are just odd cases not a "iT's UnReLiAbLe" situations. --- Post updated --- And that does not even begin to take a possible lack of maintinance, or abuse into consideration.
Agreed. But this new engine costs 25k+ to fix, according to repair quotes. I am hesitant to own one out of warranty... Plus, trade in values are atrocious.
Easily supra. Most of the supra's fanbase are little kids that think the supra pulls 1000 HP stock and they are so persistent about proving you wrong when you say it can't.
