BeamNG 0.34 has Lag issues

So I have BeamNG.drive 0.34, my laptop is kind of garbage, but when I plug in the charging cable, I get at least 100 - 60 fps, but without the charger, I get 30 - 10 fps, and I seriously need 100 fps because my laptop overheats when I play BeamNG with the charger, and have everything on lowest settings, any tips?

Limit your framerate if your PC overheats at 100FPS. Maybe limit to 90FPS or lower. Also on battery your laptop is probably in power saving mode. No wonder you get less frames there.

 

Have you ever cleaned out your laptop? Over time it can collect tons of dust and cause it to overheat.

 

I clean it every day, I need to start a gaming channel but don't have enough money to buy a gaming PC like Neilological, so if you have anything else it would help!

I'll try that but I think that's not the reason, the reason is, the game is too heavy and causes to overheat on charger mode, I need at least 100 - 80 fps

What boxes? As mentioned in the title "lowest settings", I have turned everything to lowest.

Service your laptop, change the thermal interface, clean the dust, undervolting the video card and processor! Put a stand under the laptop to facilitate air intake.......

 

So I will watch your video and find out, but I deleted Beam, because I don't have a gaming PC so I will just give up and use my laptop for personal use
